Each mug is lovingly hand made, however this does mean there can be slight variation in colour from piece to piece.

* - Measurements can vary due to shrinkage during firing.

To keep the piece in best condition we suggest that you handwash only.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your product, however if you find yourself wanting to send back your item(s), we accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We aim to give you your refund back within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.

Please allow up to 14 days for your stock product to arrive for UK orders - please expect longer for international orders. Bespoke items can take longer but individual shipping terms will be discussed during bespoke order placement.
